The bike came to the race team as a bit of a gift. In fact there was no race team or anything else around here until a redundant RD350R YPVS fell into our lap, and as we found there was a class just for these, Yamaha LC variants and TZR250s, the rest was a forgone conclusion. There were however, 2 faults in our otherwise perfect plan to go racing; we had absolutely no race experience and the combined age of bike and rider at the start of the next available season was 70 years! The bike is a 1992 model, the rest we are not telling.Still, we can learn as we go along...
